XCUITest Page / Screen object model dealing with many screens

So I have an iOS application with ~50 different screens. I was recommend to use the page object model for the UI testing. However, it just feels like there I will have to create a lot of files for just the screens. Some screens are pretty small like selecting your status and it's basically just a table of different statues. So that screen file becomes like 10 lines. Should these smaller once be included into the bigger once? Or is it just better to have each individual screen in it's own file? (Not counting popups such as dialog boxes here)
