How to add default description for all tickets in Mantis

Ma query is regarding Mantis. I have a project as 'Testing' and Category as 'Test'. My Requirement is, I need to add few lines as Description for Testing project, under Test category, so that everytime I report an issue of Testing Project under category Test, the description that I gave should appear defaultly.. Thanks in advance for the answers.
