Monkey Test Script doesn't run on Android 7.0

just wondering if any of you have trouble starting Monkey script in Android 7.0

i have a script running on Android 4.2 to android 6.0 without problem

file name: 1.script file content:

monkey -f 1.script -v -v -v 1

it won't run on android 7.0 is there any special permission or setting before it can be executed
