Response in SOAPSonar doesn't look like SOAP format

I'm learning how to use SOAPSonar, and I've got a problem with the Response on my initial testing attempts. I used a WSDL from w3schools for a temperature converter. After I committed the settings and ran the test, the request was in a SOAP binding, but the response wasn't. I couldn't find the SOAP envelope anywhere in it. What am I doing wrong?
