Unit Testing before initialisation

i would like to test my java code with JUnit. I'm using the current version of Spring. Now I have the problem, that the unit-tests are running after the initalisation and the data from my DataInitializer is in the Repositorys.

My question is is there a way to run the tests before the initalisation or does i have to switch off my initializer?
