Ways to automate the build installation on server

Can someone list out the ways to automate the installation of setup files on Server machine

I knw few of them 1. Msbuild (How to provides customized parameters during silent installation? Need to do some code change installshield for SilentWriteData is it?) 2. Powershell (Need a good example) 3. Testing framework? (Is it possible?)
