Advise preffered javascript testing library

I'm reading 'Test-Driven Development with Python' and somehow came to need of Javascript(jQuery) testing now.

Author of above book recommends using of QUnit for this purpose. But after few days spent with Qunit it seems to me a little buggy and not really conventient.

So I decided to seek advice of developers here.

What JS testing framework do you use and can recommend to others?

P.S. haters please pass by and let me get hands-on guidance from testing folks.
