Not getting any output from karma test in angular phonecat tutorial

All seemed to be going well in the Angular phonecat tutorial but for some reason I am not getting any output in chrome when I run the command 'npm test'. It just get chrome stating karma and that chrome is idle.

According to the tut I should get the following output:
