Code coverage during manual regression testing

Does anyone have experience in collecting code coverage statistics during the manual regression testing?

We have a single-server environment based on ASP.NET MVC 4. Minimal testing period is 2 weeks. Regression testing is perfomed by 2 QA engineers.

Any tools and suggestions are appreciated.
