Develop a selenium Webdriver framework

I'm new to selenium Webdriver.I need to develop a framwork in selenium which can test both mobile application and web application of smiliar product.For example flipkart has both mobile and web application which does the same functionality.I need to develop a framework which help testing in those scenarios.Any help would be kindly grateful.
