Bugzilla Testopia - there was an error loading the data: undefined

As I am using Testopia 2.5 with Bugzilla 4.4.9 there is this error message I get whenever I am browsing through my test cases.

"there was an error loading the data: undefined"

Is there any patch I can apply to fix this? Have any of you had this similar issue?
