Documentation Software for Manual Software Testing

I am the Software QA Analyst at a startup software company. I am new to this role, and this role is new to my company. I am hoping to find a program or form that can make my job a little easier and more organized.

Right now I create an outline in MS Word with test cases. As I perform each test, I create a sub-bullet with the date and whether the test Passed or Failed. If it failed, I provide a description and screenshots. When I do regression testing, I go back through the outline and repeat, adding a bullet for each date and the test results. See the linked screenshot below for an example of my outlines:

I try to organize test cases by sections in the app and by functionality (i.e. My Patient List (section), Census (section), Push Notifications (functionality)). But, many of the test cases are relevant to more than one section or functionality; they are inter-dependent. So it would be nice to be able to add "tags" to test cases and be able to search by tag.

What are some organization and documentation solutions for manual software testing that I might find helpful?
