Load/Performance testing for lazyLoading webpages

I have an application going to production which presents a majority of content and then does a 'Lazyloading' for lot of its content. I am being asked to do a load test and give them a measure that provides the response time to the intial content view and also the total time to download the whole page. I was hoping you guys had some ideas
