How to model test in python?

I was asked to present a brief presentation about software engineering-

I would like to add one or two of the examples about model testing. My problem is that I am not a very experienced programmer in the testing development and I do not get the way to work with PyModel, the framework for do this in python.

The manual is not very clear for me and I would like to know if anybody knows how to find a tutorial or a set of commands to run the basics.
