Unit Test Runner failed to run tests System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException

I was trying to run some Unit Tests and ran into this issue when running the Unit Tests:

However I have no idea where this could come from and need some direction on where I should be looking to resolve this issue. The error keeps popping up over and over again if I don't stop the execution, and I have Resharper installed.
