Synchronized Testing of Apps on Physical Mobile Devices

I've tasked to find an app for our mobile lab that could possibly utilize the different mobile handsets we have. The goal is to to make a synchronized testing across these different mobile devices.

Testing could be automated or manual.

This is the ideal workflow that I've been thinking:

1. Build/run the app on your laptop
2. All the devices connected to the laptop wired/wirelessly should mimic what happens on the app in the laptop
3. Alternatively to 2, if we could run the app in the device itself and make it parallel run with other devices, that would also be welcomed.

The closest apps that might fit our needs are Ghostlab, Adobe Edge Inspect and Remote Preview.

But these apps only test the mobile browsing (web apps). I don't think they are supporting native applications as I haven't read any spec from these apps that they support native apps.
