Hightlight Visual Studio code as it works down the code

I am wondering if anyone can help me! I am doing some protractor testing in VS and I am trying to figure out where my code runs to and stops. I understand i can use console.log and it will notify me.

Is there a setting in VS that when the code is running each line it works through is highlighted?
