Jmeter test restful: request other url during restful, Can Jmeter mock http response?

I wanna do a Jmeter performance test for a restful method. But in the restful method it will request another url, that url need some special parameter, in the test I cannot get correct parameter for the request. So I need mock a response for this request. Can I do this in Jmeter?
