PhantomJS running differently to Chrome in nightwatchjs tests

So I've developed some test cases that run smoothly on Google Chrome, but when trying to use them with PhantomJS, I've been getting a 'parse error' in the browser's console.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and might have a solution?
