Why test not run upon compiling project code in Xcode?

I put a test as one of targets as well as build dependency in a project within XCode.

and intensionlly put an error in test so that its failure is expected to stop application code from running.

However application still run upon compiled successfully. It seems test is not running at all... What did I miss?
