Inject Context in a Spring test class

I have been trying to launch tests on a Spring 4.3 (No SpringBoot) application but I keep getting a dependency injection error.

Below is the class I want to test. The associated interface just depicts each method :

@Path("/salarie")
public class SalarieRESTImpl implements SalarieREST {

    private static final Logger LOGGER = LogManager.getLogger(SalarieRESTImpl.class);

    /**
     * jaxrs context.
     */
    @Context
    private MessageContext jaxrsContext;

    /**eh"
     * jaxws context.
     */
    @Resource
    private WebServiceContext jaxwsContext;

    @Value(value = "${base.url}")
    private String primoboxUrl;

    /**
     * otp token service.
     */
    @Resource(name = "tokenServiceImpl")
    public OtpTokenService otpTokenService;

    @Autowired
    private SalarieService salarieService;

    @Override
    @ApiOperation(value = "Récupère les informations d'un salarié via son matricule",
            response = primobox.demat.model.ws.rest.Salarie.class)

    @Override
    @GET
    @Path("/token/{matricule}")
    @Produces({ MediaType.APPLICATION_JSON, MediaType.APPLICATION_XML })
    public Response getSalarieTokenByMatricule(
            @ApiParam(value = "Matricule du salarie", required = true) @PathParam("matricule") String matricule) {
        LOGGER.info("getSalarieTokenByMatricule : matricule={}", matricule);
        ResponseBuilder response = null;

        try {
            [...]

            response = Response.ok([...]);
        } catch (Exception e) {
            LOGGER.error("Error : " + e.getMessage());
            response = Response.status(404);
        }
        return response.build();
    }
}

Here one of the classes included in the preceding class :

@Service("tokenServiceImpl")
public class OtpTokenServiceImpl implements OtpTokenService {

    /**
     * Logger pour la classe SalarieServiceImpl.
     */
    private static final Logger LOGGER = LogManager.getLogger(OtpTokenServiceImpl.class);
 [...]
}

And here is the test class :

@RunWith(SpringJUnit4ClassRunner.class)
@ContextConfiguration(classes = {SalarieRESTImpl.class, OtpTokenService.class, ApplicationContext.class})
public class SalarieRESTImplIntTest {

    @Before
    public void setup() {

    }

    @Test
    public void gettingNoContentWithWrongMaricule() throws Exception {
        Response response = (new SalarieRESTImpl()).getSalarieInfoByMatricule("000001");

        System.out.println(response.getStatus());
    }

}

And finally, here is the error I get when I run the test class with Junit :

When I launch my Tomcat 8 server normally, the "controller" works well and returns correct results. But my testing class is not able to resolve dependencies.

I have been looking on Stack Overflow and the official documentation (Tried a few things from this spring documentation link) but no publication seems to match my exact. I also think I have a problem understanding how dependency injection really works with spring (Got used to SpringBoot I am afraid).

I hope this is detailed enough. Thanks in advance for your help !
