tool to generate/scale DB data by example

I wonder if there any good tool which might help in creating db data by example, e. g. I have five tables referencing each other and 10 records in them, I want multiply this data ten or hundred times in such way that every record gets repeated this number of times (similar to synthetic data generation but more close to the real world).
The only tool I found which claims it can do that is Benerator (http://ift.tt/2lKhp3t) but it doesn't seem to be maintained for a long time. Does anybody have something similar in mind?
