Test website from another country without routing

I want to test my website that is hosted in public, i want to simulate users load our website using browser from their country.

I think of VPN, proxies, etc, but vpn will route from my country to country A, then back to my country.

My country   ----(route)----> Country A ---(access website)-----> My country

What i want to achieve is like the following, is it possible?

Country A ----(access website)----> My country
