Chrome ran out of memory - Selenium Web Driver

When Executing Selenium test cases in Chrome , after running for few hours ( say 2 hour ) , Chrome says "Aw Snap !!" and " Google Chrome Ran out of memory While trying to display the webpage". And selenium says

org.openqa.selenium.NoSuchWindowException: no such window: target window already closedfrom unknown error: web view not found

I tried clearing history / cache and closing the driver and creating a new instance after every loop. That is also not working. Even running in incognito mode didn't help
