Codeception set a value in Select element and select that

In my current system, on the form load, the Select element is empty.

I am trying to write a functional test in Codeception where I want to set a new option value in Select Element and then select it and submit the form.

Seem's I can't find a solution after 1 hr of searching. How can I set/add a new value in Select element.
