testing mobile app gestures on non-touchscreen laptop?

I will be building some cross-platform mobile apps using my laptop.

The apps will have gestures, swiping, etc, but my laptop does not have a touchscreen.

Can i still test swiping and other touch gestures somehow on my laptop?

I'm not ready yet to subscribe to a pro device testing service.
