SoapUI responses comparison and integrating with excel sheet

I have a requirement where,

1. SoapUI should trigger two environments for the same input data
2. Compare both output data (output data will be either in xml or json format)
3. If any differences are there, They should be written to an excel sheet.

What approach, I mean, what technologies we can use to implement this? How best we can implement this requirement. Please input your thoughts and suggestions.
