How to test signature in espresso

I am new to Espresso Testing. I have a case like we need to get the user signature while testing. Is there any way I could make it automatically sign or draw something like a line on signature pad. I have browsed in internet and found there are options in java to draw a line in canvas. Can I use this option anyhow in espresso?

Please suggest the possibilities.
