Performance Monitoring of Apache Tomcat 9.0 and Ubuntu Server 16.04

Following application technology stack is used in my application:

Front End: Angular 5 - Deployed on Tomcat 9.0 (Ubuntu server machine no GUI)

WebService: RESTful API developed in Spring boot - Deployed on Tomcat 9.0 (Ubuntu server machine no GUI)

Database: MS SQL Server

I have to do load and performance test on the application with 200 users.

Can anyone tell me how to do performance monitoring in Tomcat and application running in Tomcat. (Any Tool or/and Monitoring Counters), reporting the analysed result.

Also, How can i do Performance monitoring of Linux(Ubuntu 16.04) server - (Best tool and Counters for CPU,Memory,IO,DISK,process) and reporting.
