For a research project I have to do a comparison between several programming languages with as goal to select the one with the best performances for a real time chart. The criteria of the performance are: response time, latency, memory usage, cpu usage and data compression.
Would the following planning for performance test be: 1. create a huge for loop in which several Objects are made. 2. create a simple chart in each programming language with the same data.
Any tips on how to test the performance of a real time chart would be very nice.
