How do I install SDK-tools in Ubuntu 18.04 if 'studio.sh' file is not available in 'bin' directory

I have recently install Ubuntu 18.04 an trying to install sdk-tool. I have downloaded "sdk-tools-linux-4333796.zip" from "https://developer.android.com/studio/" but I am not getting "studio.sh' under "bin" directory of downloaded file as this is the only way to install sdk-tools. Please help me with solution or any other alternative.
