How to test pip install on multi-platforms automatically and continuously?

I created a python library. For distributing the library, I upload it on TestPyPI and check the installation on my Mac manually. I want to test it on multi-platforms.

The question is "Is there any way to test pip install on multi-platforms automatically and continuously?"
