Ruby on Rails -- There has an test framework can test project by itself to use?

I mean this framework can test any rails projects automatically such as by clicking a button to start test this project.

And programmers don't need to write any test code. After click a button, then test code will be generated and run.

I have not found in Visual Studio Code extensions. Visual Studio 2017 Enterprise can do this?
