Microsoft excel using non parametric test

I have a question that I am not sure about it. This question is that my data in excel is categorized data and the data set is small so I plan to use the non-parametric test to test the model of the VBA code that I doing is reliable. However, I am not sure which test is good to test the model. My model is to filter the data that fulfill all the criteria that I set.
