SOAP UI Restful : An error occurred [Illegal character in path at index

I am currently develop a Web Service RESTFUL. To test the Web Service, I'm using SOAP UI.

While performing testing, I got the error Illegal character in path. May I know what is the cause of the error? How to fix the issue? Below is the detail of the problem.
