Error in asp.net performance test in visual studio 2017

I'm new with testing so please bear with me.

I'm using MVC asp.net on visual studio and I'm trying to do a performance test, however, I get this error.

"trying to do web performance test in visual studio 2017, and its failed with this error message “2 primary request, 0 dependent request, and 0 conditional rules failed. Also, the web page can’t reach in “internet explorer”

Help would be appreciated. Thank you.
