How to find elements with "missed translations"?

I am testing a multi-language website, which every written word might have several translations.

The client, has provided us, an excel sheet which includes the translations of different languages, and now i have to test the app based on translations, and make sure the developers did not missed anything. So, for example, if we have a link in English with the name "Photos", i have to make sure,there are translations for Russian, Lithuanian, Estonian.

I have NO knowledge in any of Russian, Lithuanian, Estonian languages, so when i change the language of the website, i cannot understand, if something is missed or not? :(

As a result, i have to always switch to the translation sheet, and back to app, to make sure, if the exact letters or not, without fully understanding the words!!!

Considering we have several languages, and huge texts,this approach is time, and energy consuming, and is not efficient, i am wondering, how do you test it in this kind of situation?

Is there any language detection tool for pages? Like chrome plugin or etc.
