chi-square test: how to ensure enough points in each interval in R

I'm new to both R and statistical data analysis and I'm having some trouble with the chi-square test. I have a dataset with 60 points, and to ensure I can use the chi-square test I have to make sure that the probability of the tested function (which is a gamma function with k=2 (being the shape) and theta=2.2 (being the scale)) have at least 5 points per interval. Thus I need to create a list with 12 (since 60/5=12) numbers which correspond to the breaks.

Thus I need to use the qgamma function with the given parameters to get these points. Any suggestions?
