Any suggestion of how i can develop a plateform like codinGame or DevSkiller?

I want to develop a plateform for coding Test (especially for PHP) like CodinGame. The goal : having a code editor, in that edito we can put ome code (with tree directories) and a button to run this code. The result of code running is displayed in the same page in a small bloc of the page. I tried to integrate VSCode in the browser, but i'm not sure this is the best idea. Any suggestion please ?
