How to identify elements with duplicate UiSelectors?

I am trying to automate a chatbot and I want to validate the responses but I am not able to identify the most recent response because the UiSelector is picking up the first one it encounters. All the UiSelectors are similar except Text but I don't want to use Text identifiers. But can I leverage the utterance text given to identify the recent response from the bot using Child Selector?
