Run FailedRunner more than once in jenkins

I have a question about running my failed tests from cucumber on jenkins.

I currently have a "Failed Runner" running after all my tests are complete so in case a number of tests fail. The problem is sometimes a number of tests need to be re-run more than once because the container sometimes fails, how do I configure jenkins to run this runner more than once?
