Android testing issue

Testing noob here
Our vendor set it up for us now we can't remember how to run this damn thing.

Start Appium server Hub works fine. Followed step 1,2,3,4 (changed the file path accordingly)

Now Run Test. changed the file path accordingly. "test -Dappium.remote.address........." Where should I execute this command?

Should I execute the command in Eclipse??? if so How??

Need some MAJOR guidance here!!!
Testing gurus please help.
