How to make url redirection working in Testcafe?

Redirection of url does not works

I login on application at url: https://example.com/home/login . Once I am logged in then I have multiple apps and I need to open one particular app and the url for accessing that particular app is https://example.com/app1.

When I try to navigate to this particular url either through t.navigate or clicking over app once logged in then Test cafe does not gets redirect to this url : https://example.com/app1 and shows that request has been timed out. This absolutely works fine when I try manually and never seen any timeout.

Can someone please help me how to resolve this redirection issue.
