how to put row number in timestamp log file [closed]

I know how to put time stamp into the log fil,but how about the row numbers together with logfil?

and after 10 rows in log fil,the content should be moved to another file.

timestamp=$(date +%Y-%m-%d_%H-%M-%S)
echo $timestamp ":file is changed">>$logfil;
