How to do Automated test for Firstname and Lastname TextBoxes by using selenium , UnitTest,Chrome driver in MVC 5 c#

I designed 2 textboxes with MVC and c# and I have seen some test's online but not getting how to test my MVC application and how to navigate the my Textboxes inside test code driver.Navigate().GoToUrl();
