Encountered internal error running command: Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, scandir

Sometime it's run and everything is perfect but most of the time gives an error

Encountered internal error running command: Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, scandir 'E:\Softwares\EclipseAndroid\adt bundle\sdk\tools\android.bat;E:\Softwares\EclipseAndroid\adt bundle\sdk\build-tools'

but i didn't give a path to the build tool. -> when I create a new project, all the jars file embed on it than run the program then program is run Appium server is also going in a good direction but next time you run the project it again gave you the same error If anyone has a solution of this problem then please answer.
