How to do automation testing for jgraph applications?

I need to design an automation framework for an application that works as below

1. Open the URL
2. Java based Desktop application will be launched
3. When File->Open->(Select one option in the open dialogue box)
4. New page opens with pictorial/graph representation
5. Clicking a portion on the representation opens another pictorial/graph representation
6. This goes in a sequence of 8-10 such navigation over the representations.

I Know Selenium with Winium or AutoIT/Sikuli/HP-UFT are some of the tools which is good to do automation testing on windows based application.

Since Graph is involved in this application i am blocked with my framework design. If anybody have any leads kindly help me out here.
