Return available applications from software center

I'm wondering if there is a way to return a list of software available for installation or update from the Applications section of the software center, I have an environment of a few hundred servers to check and am trying to expedite this process with power shell. Please see the attached screenshot for where exactly I am trying to pull this data from.
