How to track total code usage rate in production enviroment ?

I have this requirement to find code usage rate in services. Basically to tell how much code is written vs how much is actually in use.

I found this project https://github.com/danmayer/coverband on GitHub but, this does not provide lot of insight how to use it.Is there any other tool which gives me code usage rate ?

Any help would be appreciated.
