What R testing package(s) have features of the Perl module `Test::LectroTest`?

Now that I find myself spending so much time programming in R, I really want to get back to automated testing (which I learned to do by habit in Perl). I would be particularly interested in generating automated inputs like Perl's Test::LectroTest does. Is there anything similar for R?
